Ten common problems and Solutions
During the use of the product, the following situations may
occur. Here are all the solutions to the problems. Please try
according to the prompts. If your product can't be effectively

Situation 1: The product has signal connection interruption or sound interruption.
There are three main reasons and suggestions for the interruption of signal and sound during the use
of the product.
1. The distance between the baby unit and the parent unit exceeds the range of use. We suggest that
you try to keep the distance between the baby unit and the parent unit within 10 meters.
2. The product signal is interfered. We suggest that you keep the product away from routers,
microwave ovens, battery remote controllers and other electronic devices using 2.4GHz.
3. There are too many obstacles between the baby end and the parent unit. We suggest you use the
product indoors with less obstacles.
