5.6 MOVE AUTOFOCUS POINT
If the setting
Move AF Point
in the
General Settings – Touch
menu is checked it is possible to set the AF point location by
pointing at the area.
Procedure:
1 Activate Live View by half-pressing the shutter release
button. The AF point is in the centre
(A)
.
2 Aim the camera at the subject and tap the new location for
the AF point
(B)
.
3 The AF point will remain in this location until changed
(C)
.
Note!
If spot metering is selected, the sensitive light metering area
will follow the AF point.
Note!
You can set the camera to automatically reset the focus point
to the centre position after each capture, or maintain the
selected position in
Main Menu > Camera Settings > Focus
> Reset Focus Point

5.7 RESIZE AUTOFOCUS POINT
The autofocus point can be and resized in the Focus menu as
described on page 92. See also page 67.
