Delayed and immediate effects and chronic effects from short or long-term exposure:
Skin Irritation and Corrosion: Classified as a skin irritant (Thymol, Nutmeg oil, Cedarleaf oil, Dipropylene glycol, Menthol
liquid and Eucalyptus oil).
Serious Eye Damage/ Eye Irritation: Causes eye irritation (Thymol, Nutmeg oil, Dipropylene glycol, Menthol liquid and
Eucalyptus oil).
Respiratory Sensitization: Not anticipated to cause respiratory sensitization based on information available on the product and
the known components of the product.
Skin Sensitization: Based upon information on a component(s) of this product, this product may cause skin sensitization upon
repeated or prolonged exposure (Nutmeg oil, Cedarleaf oil and Eucalyptus oil).
Germ Cell Mutagenicity: Not anticipated to cause mutagenicity based on information available on the product and the known
components of the product.
Carcinogenicity: Not anticipated to cause cancer based upon available information on the known components of the product.
No known components are listed as carcinogens by IARC, ACGIH or the NTP.
Reproductive Toxicity: Not anticipated to cause reproductive toxicity (Fertility or effects on unborn child) based on information
available on the product and the known components of the product.
Specific Target-Organ Toxicity – Single Exposure: This product contains components which may be irritating to the respiratory
tract (Cedarleaf oil, Dipropylene glycol, Menthol liquid) upon inhalation of mists or in high vapour concentrations. Additionally,
Eucalyptus oil and Nutmeg oil may cause narcotic/Central Nervous System (CNS) effects (including: dizziness, nausea, and
collapse). Nutmeg oil has caused effects similar to other hallucinogens (i.e., increased heart rate, dry mouth, dilated pupils,
ataxia, tingling and numbness, red face, and difficulty excreting and after effects included severe muscle and bone aches as after
effects.) following ingestion by humans of quantities of >5g (single pads would not contain this much Nutmeg oil).
Specific Target-Organ Toxicity – Repeated Exposure: Not anticipated to cause specific target organ toxicity following repeated
or prolonged exposure, based on information available on the product and the known components of the product.
Aspiration Hazard: Not anticipated to be an aspiration hazard based on available information on the known components of the
product as delivered.
