Specifying auto power down settings

3 Select Date.
4 Enter the current month, day, and year (or day, month, and year) in numerical form.
5 Press the OK key.
The date is set.
Setting the time
The Date and Time menu allows you to set the time of day, as well as the time format (12 hour or
24 hour).
The following procedure describes how to set the time.
To set the time
1 Select System Settings from the Main Menu.
2 Select Hardware Settings, and then Date and Time.
3 Select Time.
4 Enter the current hour, minutes, and seconds.
Use the arrow keys to move among each field.
5 Press the OK key.
The time is set.
The following procedure describes how to specify the time format.
To specify the time format
1 Select System Settings from the Main Menu.
2 Select Hardware Settings, and then Date and Time.
3 Select Time Format.
4 Choose 12 Hour or 24 Hour display.
5 Press the OK key.
The time format is specified.
Specifying auto power down settings
The Power Management menu allows you to view the battery level, as well as set the time to wait
before the unit turns off to conserve battery.
To specify auto power down settings
1 Select System Settings from the Main Menu.
NOTE:
The date format changes automatically when you change the Country setting on the International
Settings menu. For example, the date April 2, 2004 would appear as 4/2/2004 when the country
is set to United States but would appear as 2/4/2004 when the country is set to Germany.
