be selected. Clicking the Auto-Detect Background button will automatically select a
background. Some manual adjustment may be necessary.

Objects will not be detected beyond the boundaries. The boundaries help eliminate false alarms
and speed up the image processing. As can be seen in Figure 6.27, clicking the Upper Boundary
button will bring up a crosshair. A click on the image itself will set the upper image boundary.

As shown in Figure 6.28, once the upper boundary is set, the region above the upper boundary
will be grayed out.
