DRIVE
The Drive control adjusts the signal level that drives the clip-
ping diodes, and thus the amount of clipping and the level of
the clipping threshold. Working in conjunction with the Select
and Texture controls, these three controls oer an incredibly
wide range of overdrive choices.
TONE
The V-Drive’s Tone knob is voiced higher than most overdrive
pedals. Unlike most overdrive pedals, it adjusts the treble
content without altering the midrange. The V-Drive’s Tone
control works in conjunction with the Depth control to provide a
wider EQ-shaping range than conventional 1-knob tone-control
overdrives.
VOLUME
The Volume control adjusts the V-Drive’s output level; higher
Volume control settings can be used to overdrive your ampli-
er’s preamp.
