Potentiometers • 2
The Potentiometer is fully supported by ROBOTC for IFI (v. 1.4 and up). Use the following
instructions and to correctly congure one within ROBOTC.
Robot > Motors and Sensors Setup
Open the Motors and Sensors Setup
window.
Sensor Conguration
Select A/D Sensors 1-8.
Type a Name for your
sensor next to one of the
ports, and set it as Type
“Potentiometer”.
Press “OK” to complete
the conguration.
Note: The Potentiometer can be
plugged into any of the Analog / Digital
ports (in1 through in16). Any digital
sensors (Limit Switches, Bumper
Switches, Encoders, Ultrasonic
Rangenders) must be used in higher
Port numbers for them to be congured
correctly.
