Assembly Instruction

Recommend two person assembly

Step 4

A. Put the Bushingsφ50×φ26.5×200(#19) on the two Dumbbell Tubes (#8)

respectively.

B. Attach Dumbbell Tubes (#8) to the Support (#4)(both left &right) with

M10 x 25mm Allen Bolt (#23) and 10mm washer (#25).

C.Attach the spring clip (#20）to the Bushingsφ50×φ26.5×200(#19)
