Assembly Instruction
Recommend two person assembly
Step 1
A. Attach the Stand Frame (#2) to the Base Frame (#1), align the holes
and secure each of them with M10 Aircraft nut (#24)， M10 washer
(#25), M10x70mm Carriage bolt (#22) and Connector (#5).
B. Attach the pushup handle (#11) to the Base Frame (#1), align the
holes and secure each of them with M10 x 25mm Allen Bolt (#23)
and M10 washer (#25).
C. Attach the Support (#4) (both left &right) to the Stand Frame (#2),
M10 Aircraft nut (#24)， M10 washer (#25), M10x70mm Carriage bolt
(#22) .
