CAUTION HOT OIL
HANDLE WITH EXTREME CAUTION
Tipping Prevention
Place the Fryer Grease Bucket safely and securely, and do not place hot
oil above 150 degrees Celsius.
When not in use clip the lid shut completely to avoid the potential danger
of spilling oil.
Do not overfill: The oil level should be at least 1/2 inch below the top of
the

use.DO Do not clean the oil drum with hard objects or steel balls.
Soaps/detergents/degreasers are bad for oil.
