BOIL DRY PROTECTION
The appliance is protected by a thermal limiter with automatically re-
set function to prevent accidental dry-boil. .If the wax in the tank is
boiled dry , this is activated, the appliance will turn itself off, although
the lamp with remain on. The appliance must be unplugged before
it can be reset. To reset the appliance, wait until the appliance has
cooled down, then power on the appliance again, check if the heating
pilot light is on. If the pilot light is on, it indicates the unit has recovered
to normal working condition; if the light is still off, unplug the cord and
try to power on again. Repeat this operation several times until the
appliance is under normal working condition.
This facility is for the protection of the user as well as the components.
In case of such repeated incidents the bi-metal may malfunction
causing damage of thermal limiter as well as the heating element
