Operation Instructions
1.The Bone Sawing machine must be placed horizontally at a table position during
operation.
2.Open the case door, make the sawtooth face downwards to install the saw blade
on the pulley, tension the saw blade, and turn the handle on the top of the machine
to tighten the saw blade so that it doesn’t skid during the operation. Be aware that
applying too much tension on the saw blade will reduce its service time, and if not
enough tension is applied, the machine cannot be operated normally. Turn the
upper pulley to check if the saw blade is stable. If the saw blade moves outward,
use professional tools to twist the screw in a clockwise direction; if the saw blade
moves inwards, use professional tools to slightly twist the screw in an
anti-clockwise direction until the saw blade runs smoothly. The machine can only
be operated normally when the case door is shut correctly.
3.Before operating the machine, check whether the power supply voltage is the
same as shown on the nameplate; a reliable connection to the ground line is
required.
4.Firstly, adjust the baffle thickness, connect the power supply, and push the start
button. Next, check if the machine is operating normally.
5.Steel gloves must be worn while using the sawing machine. Pushing bare hands
is strictly forbidden, and protective gear must always be worn. Keep hands away
from the saw blade while the machine is operating to avoid accidental hand
injuries.
6. Always check whether the machine is connected to a reliably ground line.
7. Operate the machine carefully. If anything unusual is noticed, immediately cut
off the power supply, and contact the maintenance staff to check and repair it.
8. Switch off the power supply after using the machine. Clean the machine
regularly to avoid the growth of bacteria. (Note: The machine mustn’t be flushed
with water directly.)
