Ⅰ.Brief Introduction
Sugar Cane Juice Extractor has two kinds of three rollers and four rollers. Parts touched with food are made of
good stainless steel, which conforms to the safety standards of hygiene.There is the insect prevention with the
extracting room,it can prevent the fly and other insects effectively. The machine is simply operated, the juice is
pure natural green drinks,sweet cool,rich nutrition ,this product is suitable for hotels,fruit shops ,cold drink
shops,schools,public parks etc.

Ⅳ.Operation Notice
1. Please washing sugarcane to be sure clean and healthy
2. Before using, check the machine and clean the juicer before use. If necessary, remove the baffle, unscrew
the lock wheel, and remove the rollers for cleaning.After cleaning, installed in the original position.
3. To inspect supply voltage whether tally with this machine,grounding well or not.
4. Close transparency tailgate, assemble juice dish, then switch on power.
5. If the sugarcane stuck when working, pls switch off quickly. Then press REVERSAL button to make the
stuck sugarcane out.
6. Reversal Button is to control the rollers for clockwise or counterclockwise rotation. When the machine is
stuck, use this switch to change direction.(CW - clockwise /CCW - counterclockwise)
7. After using, unplug and clean the machine immediately.
8. Please install the insect prevention component in time after use.
Ⅴ.Safety Instructions
1. Pls clean,maintain or remove the machine while disconected.
2. Do not use the wet hand to touch plug and switch.
3. Do not let the child approach or use this machine.
4. Do not use the hand to touch the part of machine when it is ruuning.
5. If there is some problems when using the machine,you must stop and check it.
6. Attention to the mak on switch button.
7. This machine is only used to extract sugarcane juice,ginger and other fruits riching in fiber.
8. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a
similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
9. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their
safety.
10. Correct disposal of this product.
Ⅵ.Use and Maintainance
1、 Connect the power supply.Rotate "Reversal Button" to CW direction.Then put the sugar cane into feed
port. Last, press "Power Switch" to press juice automatically.(Note: "Reversal Button" rotate to CCW
direction is only used to remove jamed sugar cane.)
2、 Clean the machine after using.
3、 The machine should be placed smoothly.
4、 Add lubricating oil (edible oil) on transmission gears every month.
5、 Replace lubricating oil on gear box every three months.
Ⅶ. Error and Solution
Error
Solution
The sugar cane is stuck
when work
Please switch off power quickly,Press the CCW reverse button to let the stucked
sugar cane withdraw.
The inside of the machine
is blocked
Cut off the power, pull the plug out ,open the transparent blind on the right,then
clean the sugar cane dregs out .
The motor stop suddenly
when extracting.
1 the external power cord is loosen off;
2 the motor will be too heat when the currency overloads, protection switch
is automatically disconnected ； you can reuse when the temperature of
motor cooled to 80℃;
3 Security switch damaged: replace the security switch;
4 The internal circuits terminals is loosen or circuits damaged: fixed
terminals, replacement the line.
