Cleaning
◆If the shell is soiled, wipe it with a flexible cloth.
◆After each use of the main engine tank, clean the residual fouling with clean water, and at
least burn the cleaning reagent (citric acid) recommended by our company every month.
◆Add 1.0L water and 2 tablespoons citric acid into the tank of the main engine, without covering
the head component, boil water for about 30 minutes after electrifying, then pour out the water
and use it to clear
Rinse with water. If scale cannot be removed at one time, the above method can be repeated for
cleaning.
◆If it is a plastic outlet, it is recommended to replace it every 2 to 3 months.
Common exceptions and handing
◆ No distilled water dripping
1. The host power supply and head power socket are not plugged in place, please check and plug
again.
2. The start button is not pressed (the red indicator light is not on).
3. There is no water in the main engine tank.
◆ Insufficient distilled water is produced each time
1. The water in the main engine tank does not reach the maximum water level mark.
2. If the sealing ring of the head assembly is missing or poorly sealed, check and reinstall the sealing
ring or replace it with a new one.
3. There is no water in the main engine tank.
4. The water outlet nozzle of the machine head is poorly installed and needs to be removed and
reinstalled.
◆ Head assembly shakes or water overflows during water boiling
1. The water in the main engine tank exceeds the maximum water level mark.
2. If the head assembly is not installed properly with the host, it needs to be taken out and placed on
the host again, and the placement effect should be properly felt by hand.
3. The sealing ring of the head assembly is not installed properly, so it needs to be taken out and
reinstalled.
4. The outlet nozzle is blocked by dirt deposition, so it is necessary to replace the outlet nozzle or
clean the outlet nozzle.
