OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 1.Assemble two baffles and label holders(A,B) and fasten with screws(M4*8). A B 2. Insert the A , B and label roll in turn as shown. 4.Pull the label across C,D, then around E and down, and then across between F and G.Finally Wrap the label backing paper tightly around the scroll(H) and attach the paper clip as shown. Note:a) The installed labels should be aligned smoothly from the fixed axis to the scroll.(from beginning to end) Otherwise, the label will be easily torn. b) It is recommended that the label be wrapped around the scroll at least 2 to 3 times.

The operating instructions 1.Suction cup position setting The height position of the suction cup can be adjusted by N. The horizontal position of the sucker assembly can be adjusted by M. The following conditions must be met when adjusting the position of the suction cup(O) as shown : X=1-3mm,Y=1-3mm.
2.Turn it on and try labeling it.,Observe the extension length of the label . Adjusting the sensor position can control the extension length of the label. Adjusting P1 can change the speed of the suction cup descent. Adjusting P2 can change the rising speed of the suction cup.
4. Blowpipe Angle setting Loosen the screw and turn the blowpipe so that the air outlets slope up 40 to 50°,Then lock the screw. Note:There is a row of small air outlets in the blowpipe.
