When oil’s temperature is too high ( over 200℃ ), to protect the
machine, the electricity of the machine will be cut automatically. But
you can reset the machine vie press the reset switch ( R ) which is on
machine’s backside after the oil ‘s temperature is a bit down .
! To get a healthy diet, please notice the frying time.

During making the donut, you can rotate the screw to adjust the weight
of the dough in 3 degrees.
Degree 1 is smallest and degree 3 is heaviest.
VI. CLEANING & STORING
1. DO cut off the appliance’s power supply and wait it cooling
down before cleaning.
2. Have oil out of the oil tank vie the oil valve.
3. Take off the control head and hopper if needed.
4. Rotate the heating pipe to backside. Then machine can be clean
easily.
