IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
A. Make sure that your power supply matches with the power that
marked on the product. The deviation is under 10%.
B. DO NOT Handle roughly or drop on hard surfaces.
C. DO NOT Mix with other utensils in the sink when washing.
D. DO NOT Allow to rust. Always wash parts thoroughly. Dry
completely and then lubricate with mineral oil or liquid
shortening before storing or reinstalling in unit.
E. DO NOT Force the machine if it becomes jammed. Disassemble
and remove any obstruction to prevent damage to the plunger.
Never immerse it in water or any other liquid.
F. Keep it out of reach of kids and incompetent persons.
G. If it shows any signs of damage, have it repaired by a qualified
electrician.
V. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Unpack machine, and choose the mold you need. Then install the
machine. (Do place machine in horizontal position.)
2. Connect power. Make sure that the power requirements of the
machine do match power source as specified on the data plate. But DO
NOT turn on

when you want to change the mold.
3. Have all the material needed to make donut.
4. Pull oil into fryer tank, and oil must over the heating tube.
! Never have the machine heat when oil tank is empty.
5. Turn on its power switch(P), power indicator lights at the same time.
Then rotate
Temperature control
(T1) to the desired temperature, you
will find heat indicator is on. The heating tube is working.
When the oil’s temperature reaches your fixed temperature, the green
indicator will be off and yellow indicator will be on.
