Q: What to do if your ice cream doesn't puff up well
A: 1. The puffing tube may not be inserted, please reinsert the puffing tube
2. The ice cream ingredients may not be of good quality, please improve the quality of the ingredients.
Q: What to do if you feel a leak after switching on
A: Please check if the power cable is reliably grounded.If you do not have a grounding wire, ask a
professional to make up the connection.
Q: What causes ice cream to be too soft
A: 1. The slurry ratio may not be correct, please reconfigure the qualified slurry
2. The hardness may not be set correctly, please reset the hardness.
3. It may be due to unstable voltage, please adjust the voltage
4. The belt may be too loose, adjust the belt tightness or contact VEVOR customer service to replace the
belt.
5. The discharge may be too flat, please feed the material when the measured hardness is 1 greater than
the set hardness.
Q: What to do if the machine is leaking
A: 1. The discharge valve may be leaking, please contact VEVOR customer service to replace the
discharge valve seal and lock the fixing nut.
2. Possible material leakage at the discharge hole, please contact VEVOR customer service to replace
the piston seal.
3. Possible leakage at the connection tube, please contact VEVOR customer service to replace the outlet
horn seal and lock the fixing nut.
4. Possible material leakage inside the machine, please contact VEVOR customer service to replace the
material cylinder connection tube.
Q: What to do if the "JJ" alarm is displayed
A: Probably too much current in the mixing motor, check belt tightness, check mixing motor
and capacitor, if this is not the case, please contact VEVOR customer service for assistance.
Q: What to do if the "UH" alarm is displayed
A: It is because the voltage is too high, please check the power supply voltage
Q: What to do if the "UL" alarm is displayed
A:It is because the voltage is too low, please check the power supply voltage
Q: What to do if the "CB" alarm is displayed
A: If the discharge switch remains closed for more than 3 minutes, please reset the discharge switch or
contact VEVOR Customer Service for a replacement part.
