If the drive belt is stretched, the machine will not work, the hardness will change, the noise will be loud,
and the frozen cylinder will smell of rubber.
Or ask a professional to adjust it, and replace it in time when needed, the adjustment and replacement
interval depends on the usage rate of the machine.
Q: What to do if the machine doesn't start
A: Please check whether the power supply is on and whether the power cable is connected properly. If it
is not for the above reasons, please troubleshoot and restart. There may also be a problem with the
control panel, contact VEVOR customer service for a replacement.
Q: What to do if the cleaning function does not work
A: If there is nothing wrong with the wiring, please contact VEVOR customer service and provide a video
of the product in action. It could be a bad mixing motor or capacitor, or a bad AC contactor, contact
VEVOR customer service and we will provide the appropriate parts to support the normal operation of the
machine.
Q: What to do if the compressor doesn't run
A: Check that the cables are connected and secure and check the supply voltage. If it still does not work
properly, it may be a bad contactor, a problem with the control panel, a bad compressor capacitor, a bad
compressor, please contact VEVOR customer service and provide a video of the machine in operation,
customer service will provide the appropriate parts to replace the machine according to its condition.
Q: What to do if your ice cream machine doesn't cool
A:Possible refrigerant leak, find the leak and fix it, evacuate
vacuum charge the refrigerant. It is also possible that the solenoid valve is bad, the fan is not turning, the
compressor is not running properly, please contact VEVOR customer service and provide a working
video of the product, the customer service staff will provide the appropriate product parts to support the
normal operation of the product according to the specific situation.
Q: What to do if your belt slips
A: The belt may be too loose, please adjust the belt tension or contact VEVOR customer service for a
replacement. It is also possible that the agitator shaft has broken due to a frozen cylinder, please adjust
the hardness or contact VEVOR customer service for a replacement shaft.
Q: What to do if the machine doesn't produce ice cream
A: 1. There may be no material in the tank, please replenish the slurry
2. Maybe the puffing tube is blocked, please pull out the puffing tube and clean it.
3. Maybe the slurry ratio is not correct, resulting in a frozen tank, please reconfigure the qualified slurry
4. The panel discharge switch may be damaged or short-circuited, please reconnect the wiring or contact
VEVOR customer service to replace the discharge switch.
5. The belt may be too loose and slippery, please adjust the belt tightness or contact VEVOR customer
service to replace the belt.
