Warranty Policy – Electric Pallet Trucks & Stackers
Vestil Powered Pallet Trucks and Stackers are guaranteed to be free from defects in material
and workmanship subject to the parameters below.
One year on DC drive motors, hydraulic pumps, DC lift motor, controllers, switches and
cylinders. Ninety days on wearable items including but not limited to hoses, wheels, seals, brushes,
charger, batteries and bearings
EXCLUSIONS:
• Loaded over rated capacity
• A non-approved modification
• Abused or misused
• Used in a hostile or corrosive environment
• Failure to do proper maintenance
One-year warranty on parts is applicable when the user supplies the serial number and returns
the part prepaid marked with the appropriate RGA number. Any defective part will be repaired or
replaced once at our option, freight prepaid, with ordinary wear and tear expected. Pre-approved
labor warranty work will be paid at the rate of $50.00 per hour, excluding mileage/travel time to a
maximum of $200.00 per unit. Any modifications performed without prior written approval of the
manufacturer may void the warranty. Labor warranty expires after ninety days.

imply a warranty that the products are merchantable or fit for a particular purpose or that the products
will necessarily conform to the illustrations or descriptions.
Our company will make a good faith effort for a prompt correction or adjustment with respect
to any item that proves to be defective within the Limited Warranty.
Call the factory for repair and service information.
Warranty begins on the date of our invoice.
