Dear Customer;
TFT LCD Display technology is used in this product.
In TFT-LCD products, displayed image is created by coloured light spots called pixels.
Each pixel is composed of 3 sub-pixels [fixed colored (red, green, blue) light spots.
The sub-pixels in question may cause “spot errors by staying permanently on or off because of their
production technologies. Errors that are bigger than half of a sub-pixel (>50%) are considered as "spot
errors".
Please take the explanation below regarding a possible sub-pixel error into consideration.
This problem may arise during production of the product, but it may also be caused by misuse
(pressure on the screen, operation in high temperature environments).
There are two main sub-pixel errors.
Type 1: Permanently on sub-pixel or pixel (may appear red, green, blue or white)
Type 2: Permanently off sub-pixel or pixel (appears black).
Summary table below is determined according to ISO 134062 standards for sub-pixel errors.
