To display the charm bar, move the pointer to right top. As an alternative, you can also press
Win+C buttons together.

Now, click on the Settings and choose "Change PC settings".
3. It'll open new Metro Control Panel screen. Click on "Update and recovery" tab and in right-side pane,
you'll see "Remove everything and reinstall Windows" option.
