Once you have activated your service, you may start making and
receiving calls. This action also starts the billing for your phone
lines.
NOTE- This action only enables the billing for your phone lines.
Billing for installation fees, equipment and enhanced features such
as Automated Attendant or Webfax begin when you purchase the
service.
