Channel Table
Each entry in the following table contains configurable parameters for each channel of each
trunk, such as the type of channel (wink start, ground start, clear channel, B channel, D
channel(vdsx1ChannelType)), channel enabled status (vdsx1ChannelActivated).
All configurable parameters are written to the registry on each successful SET operation (an
operation to set the configuration parameters over SNMP), and the driver reconfigures the
device appropriately.
