The following diagram illustrates the details of the outbound call routing process:
In this diagram, everything inside the dashed line represents the element labeled “Call Routing”
in the simplified outbound call routing diagram on page 29-5. As you can see, there is more than
one path an outbound call can take from the source to the trunk. Each path is described in detail
in the following sections:
