VLAN

To display protocol information, use the following command:

show protocol {<protocol> | all}

Sample output from this command is as follows.

show protocol all

This show command displays protocol information, including the following:

¥ Protocol name

¥ List of protocol Þelds

¥ VLANs that use the protocol

DELETING VLANS

To delete a VLAN, or to return VLAN settings to their defaults, use the commands

listed in Table 5-2.

Command Description

unconfig vlan <name> ipaddress Resets the IP address of the VLAN.

delete vlan <name> Removes a VLAN.

delete protocol <protocol> Removes a protocol.
