D3/T1 CHANGED -- The CO Group Access Code and digits
to be sent to PX in 'Day 3/Time 1' when the dialed digit is
pressed if Apply time type is 'FOLLOW LCR'.

when the dialed digit is pressed if Apply time type is
'FOLLOW LCR'.
