To set the Call-Coverage Delay Ring Cycle at a covering station:
1. Press [TRANS/PGM], then 45.
2. Press 2 to access Call Coverage Delay Ring Cycle.
3. Enter the delay ring cycle (0-9) to be used.
4. Press [HOLD/SAVE] to store the setting.
To answer calls for a covered station at a covering station:
When a call comes into the covered station:
- The covering station receives audible and visual indications after a programmable
delay (see settings above) when there is a ring on the originating station.
- The ring tone is the normal internal or external ring tone cadence.
- The oldest Call Coverage button on any covering stations flashes faster than the
others. Any newer calls flash the same as any other incoming call.
Press the flashing Call Coverage flex button at the covering station.

Press the ON/OFF button (if available).

Lift the handset.
Station Name Programming (Dial-by-Name)
Each station may be assigned a name that other stations can use for easy dialing of calls to the
named station (similar to the way System and Station Speed Dial function).
CONDITIONS
Each station may be assigned System and Station speed dial numbers of up to
12 characters.
The system will allow station users to dial station numbers by entering a name that has
been programmed for the station (via intercom). When the names are programmed in the
digital phone display, the user may select a Station or Speed dial number by the name.
Dial-by-name is only available on digital phones with a display.
Names MUST be registered in order to be accessed by the Dial-by-name feature.
The speed dial without a registered name will not be appear in the Dial-By-Name list.
For SLTs and digital phones with no display, only the station name can be entered.
