OPERATION / SETUP
The following values are associated with MOH:
0 = Not assigned
1 = Internal Music
2 = External Music
3 = Reserved
9 = Hold Tone
Mute
When a station user is on a call, the Mute feature can be enabled to prevent the distant party
from hearing anything on the station user’s end of the conversation. This function will mute the
handset, speaker, or headset.
For example, if a user is on a conference call, and doesn’t want any noise from his/her office to
interrupt or disturb others on the call, Mute can be used to keep all noise from the user’s end
of the conference from being heard by anyone else on the call.
CONDITIONS
Mute is released when changing from the speaker mode to the handset.
Mute stays unchanged when another DSS button is pressed.
Int MOH Type -- system provides 13
kinds of Internal Music on Hold types.
(This is used as an internal music
source.)
