To logout of the Hot Desk:
1. Press [PGM].
2. Enter the appropriate user logout code, or press the programmed [Agent Logout] flex
button.
3. Select the call forward type (refer to values) using the volume up/down buttons.

4. Press [HOLD/SAVE] to save the current settings.
The User database is saved, and the station returns to the "dummy state".
In-Room Indication
CONDITIONS
• A maximum of ten groups can be programmed with this feature. Each group can have a
maximum of twenty members plus the supervisor (for a total of twenty-one).
• The Supervisor station must be idle in order for the In-Room Indication flex button to
be used.
• If a station that is not a Supervisor station presses the In-Room Indication button, an error
tone is sounded.
• If [HOLD/SAVE] is not pressed within 5 seconds after the In-Room Indication button is
pressed, the station returns to the idle state.

Enable Station as In-Room Indication Supervisor
In-room Indication Supervisor -- a supervisor can press an
In-room Indication button and the [HOLD/SAVE] button at idle
state. This causes the LED of In-Room Indication buttons of
all members to be turned ON.
- 10 bins can be programmed; each bin can have up to 20
members, excluding the Supervisor.
