This feature allows a caller reaching the Caller Controlled Routing (CCR) menu to utilize the
phone keypad to "spell" the name of a subscriber, then be directed to their extension.
CONDITIONS
• The station user name can be programmed by the station user, therefore, it does not affect
the searchable name directory.
• The first name and last name fields will contain a maximum of 12 characters each.
• To record a VMIB Subscriber Name prompt, use 6* in station programming.

line call will be forwarded to the destination
