OPERATION / SETUP
To activate Camp-on when an Intercom busy tone is heard:
Press * or the last digit of the busy station.
-or-
Press the busy DSS flex button.
-or-
Press the flex button assigned as {Camp-On}.
To answer a Camp-on call when receiving the Intercom busy tone:
1. When Camp-on tone sounds, press [HOLD/SAVE].
The active CO line is placed on Exclusive Hold (see "Hold" on page 1-184), and the
camped-on call is connected.
2. Press [HOLD/SAVE] to toggle between parties.
To activate Camp-On on an SLT when receiving a busy tone:
1. Go Off-hook, then press *, or enter last digit of the dialed station number.
2. When answered, announce the call for a supervised transfer
-or-
When answered, hang up without announcing the call for a blind transfer.
To answer Camp-On on an SLT:
1. When Camp-on tone sounds, perform a hook-flash, then enter 560.
The SLT station will connect to the camped-on call.
2. Perform a hook-flash, then press 56 again, to connect to the original station call.
To assign the {Camp-On} button as a flex button:
1. Press [TRANS/PGM], then press the flex button to be assigned to {Camp-On}.
2. Press [TRANS/ PGM], then press 85.
3. Press [HOLD/SAVE] to save the setting.
Voice Over -- if value is set to ON, the busy Station can talk
alternately between two calling or called parties.
