Call Handling
Alarm
This feature allows you to set up an external contact to create an internal alarm. When the
contact is established and programmed, an alarm tone (single tone repeated per 1-min. interval
or a continuous tone) can be sent to designated stations within the system.
CONDITIONS
• An external contact should be connected to the alarm input.
• The alarm contacts should be dry (no voltage/current source connected).
• Single Line Telephones (SLTs) cannot receive alarm signals.
• An Alarm Reset can be programmed on a Flex button.
