Programming Via PCAdmin
In PCAdmin:
1. Connect to the KSU.
2. Expand the Tables option, then double-click on Customer Call routing from the Menu
List.
From the Destination (Key Action) you wish to program:
3. Select the appropriate function.
4. Enter the accompanying information in the field to the right.
5. Once all the applicable information has been selected/entered: click Update, then
Close.
NOTE: A destination that is Not Assigned is the same as Extension Start.
