Turn On Voice Mail Notification to a Cell Phone
1. Press Trans/PGM.
2. Dial 68.
3. Dial 1 (to turn on notification).
4. Press Save.
5. Press Trans/PGM.
6. Dial 69.
7. Enter the telephone number you wish notified.
8. Press Save.
When a voice mail is received for that station, the system will call the notification number. If
answered, the called party will be allowed to retrieve their voice mail.
Using the Phone to Associate CO Ringing to a Hunt Group
Creating A Ring Group
You can log in to Admin on Station 100 (or any admin station) and create a Ring Group 620 with
member Stations 100-101 using the instructions below:
From any Admin Phone Station:
1. Log in as an Administrator.
2. Press PGM, then enter 190 (for Station Group Programming).
3. Enter 620 (for Group Number).
4. Press Flex Button 1.
5. Enter 4 (for Group Type), then press Save.
6. Press Flex Buttons 3 (for Group Member Assignment), then 1 (to enter the Group
Member for position 1).
NOTE: You can also program a range on Flex Button 3 by entering the range (e.g.,
100101).
7. Enter 100, then press Save.
8. Press Flex Buttons 3, then 2 (to enter Group Member for position 2).
9. Enter 101, then press Save.
