If the VMB1 Access setting is turned OFF:
5. Dial 1 to turn on VM1B Access.
6. Press Save to store the setting. Now you can turn on Auto Forward to VMB1 (see next
page).
Check/change Auto Forward To VMB1
After you make sure that VMB1 Access is turned on (see steps 3 & 4), you can then set
the Auto Forward feature.
7. Press Flex Button 14 to hear the current Auto Forward setting.
The default setting for Auto Forward is "OFF".
If the VMB1 Access setting is turned OFF:
8. Dial 1 to turn on Auto Forward to VM1B.
9. Press Save to store the setting.
NOTE: The Auto Forward Timer is located in PGM 181, Button 20 and controls the
timer for all Stations. The steps to retrieve a voice mail can be found in the User
Guide.
10. Repeat the steps for recording a voice mail greeting for VMB1.
Overriding the Forward Set by ADMIN PROGRAMMING
The following procedure allows the user to reset forwarding for any station, thereby overriding
the current forward setting made through ADMIN PROGRAMMING.
1. Press the Speaker Button or go off hook.
2. Press the DND/FWD Button or the Forward Softkey.
3. Dial 1 (Unconditional fwd).
4. Dial 100 as the destination.
