For virtual mailboxes, Outcall Notification is not supported (LCR and Toll check does not
apply).
NOTE: This feature should not be confused with Outbound Nofification which is similiar,
however, Outcall Nofification must be set up by the Administrator.
Virtual mailboxes have the same administrative parameters as a normal mailbox. These
parameters are described in the Admin Programming section below.

Set Announce Only Action
Admin Rights-- if value is set to ON, a mailbox user will be
granted access to the administrator menu [9] in their mailbox.

1 = Enable
VMIB Access -- if value is set to ON, the station user can use
the voice mail.

COS (1-5) -- assigns one of the five COS settings to the
mailbox. The default is COS 1.

Announce Only -- if value is set to ON, the mailbox will play
its greeting and then perform the announce only action.

Announce Action -- if value is set to ON, the station
user can send the caller to the previous VM menu.
If set to Hang Up, the mailbox will play its greeting and
then terminate the call.
