Outbound Notification Interval
OPERATION / SETUP
To apply Outcall Notification settings
Press TRANS/PGM 68 and select one of the following when prompted:
1 to enable or disable the Outbound Notification feature.
2 for the number of attempts you wish to allow,1-9.
3 for the interval between the retries, 01-60 (minutes).
Two-way Record
Feature allows a station to record a conversation. The recording is stored in the user’s mailbox.
Recording via SMDI
CONDITIONS
A Record Flex button must be programmed at the station.
When the recording feature is activated, the {RECORD} button LED flashes at 240 ipm.
The recording feature is not available for:
- SLT phones
- intercom calls
- DTMF
The recording feature is canceled when station goes off-hook, presses the {RECORD}
button a second time, presses [FLASH], or if the CO party hangs up.
This feature is available in the SMDI mode only.
If the system has a VMIB, the conversation are saved in the VMIB.
If Pole 3 of DIP SW1 of the MBU is set to OFF (down position), and the system has VMIB,
the conversations are saved to the VMIU.
Outbound Notification Interval -- determines the interval
in between notification attempts in the event of a failure.
