Forward Messages to AA & Rerouting to Another Station
Unanswered incoming CO calls can be forwarded to the Auto Attendant with an VMIB
announcement, then rerouted to another station using CCR (see page 1-120).
CONDITIONS
If the Attendant station does not answer an incoming call before the No Answer Timer
expires, the call is forwarded to the Auto Attendant. The caller then hears a VMIB
message, and can then be rerouted to another user using CCR (see page 1-120).
This feature is not available for ringback and transferred calls.
CO ringing MUST be assigned to the Attendant only.

Reply to Messages
This feature allows a user to immediately respond to a currently playing message left by another
station in the system. The user can press a soft button or a DTMF button to reply to the internal
station that left the message.
CONDITIONS
A user can only reply to a message from another station within the same or networked
system. If an attempt is made to reply to a message from an external caller, the "Not
available" prompt is played.
Using a 24-button digital phone or IP phone
While listening to a message, use the right NAV button to scroll to the Reply option, then
press the corresponding soft button to reply to the currently playing message.
The user greeting of the user that left the original message plays, and a prompt allows the
user to record a response.
