OPERATION / SETUP
To Turn On E-mail Notification:
Once turned ON in Admin Programming, press [TRANS/PGM] + 6 + 0 to enable feature.
No Answer Call (Forward) to VMIB
If an incoming CO or ICM Call to a station goes unanswered (within the predefined NO ANS TO
VMIB time limit), the calls can be automatically forwarded/transferred to the station's voice
mailbox.
CONDITIONS
• The NO ANS TO VMIB timer is not applied when:
- a station is specifically set to forward calls to another station, hunt group, VMIB - "Call
Forward" on page 1-178.
- a call comes into a hunt group since hunt groups use a call flow rules/settings - see
"Hunt Groups" on page 1-98.
• The No Answer to VMIB Timer, VMIB Access, and Auto Forward to VMIB options must be
enabled - see ADMIN PROGRAMMING.
