Direct Transfer to VMIB
A station can be set up to transfer CO/ICM calls directly into a station's voice mailbox.
CONDITIONS
• Direct transfer to a network voice mailbox is not supported.
• VMIB Access option must be enabled - see ADMIN PROGRAMMING.

OPERATION / SETUP
To transfer the current call directly to a station’s voice mailbox:
1. Press [TRANS], then [CALL BK].
2. Dial a destination station number, or press the DSS button for the appropriate station
(if available).
HINT: Also see "Mailbox Buttons".
3. Hang up to complete.
The caller hears the recorded greeting, then the recording tone; a message can then
be recorded.
E-Mail Notification of VM Messages
This feature allows a mailbox owner to receive an e-mail notification when a new message is
received in their voice mailbox. E-mail Notification must be turned ON/OFF in Admin
Programming on a per station basis.
The e-mail message consists of the following items:
- SBX IP system Voice Mail notification Mailbox xxx (system name, type of message,
and mailbox number)
- Time (time message was left)
- Length (size of message in MM:SS format)
- CallerID (internal or external number)
