SBX IP Programming & Operations Guide
To append an existing VMIB message (7224D only):
1. While listening to a message, press the [ADD] soft button.
2. Record the appended message.
3. Press [HOLD/SAVE] to save the recording.
To rewind the current message:
Press the [REWIND] soft button to rewind the current message as per the setting of the
Rewind Message Timer - see ADMIN PROGRAMMING.

DID Call to a Station Voice Mailbox
DID capability can be programmed for station voice mailboxes within the SBX IP 320 system.
CONDITIONS
Once the destination of the Flexible Conversion DID table is programmed for a station 's
VMIB, DID Calls are routed to the station's VMIB allowing the caller to leave a message.
A maximum of 1000 Flexible DID Table entries can be programmed.
Each Flexible DID Table entry has five attributes
- DID Name
- Day Destination
- Night Destination
- Weekend Destination
- Reroute Destination
If the Day/Night/Weekend DID destination is busy, calls are rerouted to the designated
Reroute Destination designated in the DID Destination Table - see ADMIN
PROGRAMMING.
The VMIB Access option must be enabled - see ADMIN PROGRAMMING.

Set Flexible Conversion DID Destination
Use PGM 231 … see page 1-127.
VMIB Access -- if value is set to ON, the station user can use
the voice mail.
