OPERATION / SETUP
To record a user greeting at a station:
1. Press [TRANS/PGM], then enter 61.
2. Enter the appropriate message number.
The following prompt is played: "Press the # button to record".
3. Press # to start recording.
The "Record your message" is played followed by a confirmation tone.
4. Record the message.
5. Press [HOLD/SAVE] or [SPEAKER] to finish recording.
A confirmation tone sounds.
To delete a user greeting at a station:
Press [TRANS/PGM], then enter 66 to delete the message, and cancel Call Forward.
To activate call forward to VMIB from a station:

To leave a voice message wait at a station:
See "Message Wait and Call Back" on page 1-66
Call Forward No Answer Timer -- if a value is set for no
answer call forward, when the station does not answer,
the call will be routed to the assigned forward
destination following expiration of this timer.
