To Record a Mailbox Greeting:
1. Log in to Voicemail and press 9 to access Administrator functions.
2. Dial 4 to select "Record mailbox greeting".
3. Enter the desired mailbox number.
4. At the prompt, select one of the following actions:
• to listen press 1.
• to record press 2.
• to delete press 3.
• to cancel and go back to the administration main menu, press #.
To Record a Broadcast Message:
Once the message is recorded and sent, it is placed in all active mailboxes in the system.
1. Log in to Voicemail and press 9 to access Administrator functions.
2. Dial 5 to select "Record a broadcast message".
3. Enter the desired broadcast message number (01-10) and you will hear the following
options:
• Press 1 to listen (to current active messages).
• Press 2 to record (broadcast message and send to all active mailboxes).
• Press 3 to delete (activated/distributed message).
• Press 4 to send (a broadcast message).
• Press # to cancel and go back to the administrator main menu.
To Record a Mailbox Name:
1. Log in to Voicemail and press 9 to access Administrator functions.
2. Dial 6 to select "Record mailbox name".
3. Enter the desired mailbox number.
4. At the prompt, select one of the following actions:
• to listen press 1. If a name has been recorded.)
• to record press 2.
• to delete press 3.
• to cancel and go back to the administrator main menu press #.
