Enable Admin Rights

OPERATION / SETUP
Once the System Administrator assigns Admin Rights to a station user in PGM 127, the user
can perform the following administrative funtions for all active mailboxes in the system.
To Add a Mailbox:
1. Log in to Voicemail and press 9 to access Administrator functions.
2. Dial 1 to select "Add a mailbox".
3. At the prompt, enter the mailbox number you wish to add.
4. Then enter the desired COS number (1-5) at the prompt.
5. When you hear the next prompt, press 1 to confirm or # to cancel and go back to the
administrator main menu.
To Delete a Mailbox:
NOTE: When a mailbox is deleted the following will also be removed: user greeting, all
voice messages, page message, and the user name.
1. Log in to Voicemail and press 9 to access Administrator functions.
2. Dial 2 to select "Delete mailbox ".
3. At the prompt, enter the mailbox number you wish to remove from the system.
4. Press 1 to confirm, or # to cancel and go back to the administration main menu.
To Reset a Mailbox Password:
1. Log in to Voicemail and press 9 to access Administrator functions.
2. Dial 3 to select "Reset mailbox password".
3. Enter desired mailbox number (the password will reset to match the mailbox number).
4. Press 1 to confirm the mailbox number, or # to cancel and go back to the
administration main menu.
Admin Rights-- if value is set to ON, a mailbox user will be
granted access to the administrator menu [9] in their mailbox.

COS (1-5) -- assigns one of the five COS settings to the
mailbox. The default is COS 1.
