OPERATION / SETUP
To Retrieve/Delete MWI messages:
1. When the MWI LED is flashing, press [CALLBK].
The caller’s CLI number, date and time the message was left, as well as the number of
calls from the same CLI (call count) are displayed.
2. Use the volume up/down button to display the previous/next MWI information.
-and/or-
Press [CONF] to delete the current message and display the next message, if
applicable.
A confirmation tone sounds.
To place a Call Back from a MWI:
Once you retrieve a message using the steps shown above, press [HOLD/SAVE].
The system uses the MWI data to return a call back to the station that left the message.
