Centralized SMDR for Network (Transit) Calls
The Station Message Detail Recording (SMDR) utility will provide details on both incoming and
outgoing
CONDITIONS
• The SMDR call reports from the master system include the station number from the
networked systems (NET-Number) on CO Transit-In and CO Transit-Out calls.
• The NET-Number are automatically included in the Centralized SMDR output for CO
Transit-In and CO Transit-Out calls.
• Up to 4 digits can be displayed in the station column.
• SMDR reports only applies to ISDN CO lines on the Master system.
EXAMPLE: Below is an example of an SMDR Printout from the master system:
Lines 0026 & 0027 show results for a CO Transit-Out call from Station 200
on the networked system. ISDN Line 001 and VOIP Line 011 were used
between systems.
Lines 0028 & 0029 show results for an incoming CO Transit-In call to Station 200 on
the networked systems. ISDN Line 006 was used for the incoming call and VOIP Line
011 was used between systems. The NET-Number (200) is displayed as the Outgoing
Number from the master system to the networked systems.
