SBX IP Programming & Operations Guide
OPERATION / SETUP
To use CCBS
1. Dial a busy station another networking system.
2. Press [CALLBK].
A confirmation tone sounds, and the call will be disconnected.
When the busy called station returns to Idle, the caller receives a call-back ring.
3. Answer the call-back ring to automatically redial the station that was busy.
Call Offer
Call Offer is the same as Camp-On (see page 1-39), except that the Call Offer is used in a
networking connection environment at the H.450 protocol standard specification.
When call to a busy station (located on another networking system) is dialed, the caller can
enable the Call Offer feature. Call Offer sends a tone to the busy station (through the receiver
or on speaker), and the [HOLD/SAVE] LED flashes to let the station user know that a call is
waiting.
CONDITIONS
• Call Offer
- can only be applied to a station that is in talk status.
- cannot be used during a conference or page.
• The SBX IP 320 System does not support the path reservation mode of a standard QSIG
specification.
