Display Messages (Absent Text Message)
This feature is available within the networking connection environment - see "Custom Display
Text Message (Absent Text Messages)" on page 1-70.
This means that if a station user enables the Absent Text Message feature at his/her station, an
incoming call to this station (even one from another networking system) will receive the
designated text message (displayed on the calling station LCD).
CONDITIONS
A text message will be displayed on the LCD of the networked calling station, while the
called station receives the ring signal.
OPERATION / SETUP
Operation of the feature is automatic when a call is received from a station within, or from,
another networked system.
Attendant Call Service (CAS)
An Attendant call from a station on a networked system can be routed to the Centralized
Attendant (CA) of the Call Attendant Service (CAS) master system. This call will be queued if
all centralized Attendants are busy.
CONDITIONS
Intercom calls are routed to network Attendant if system Attendant is in ATD_DND mode.
CO calls can be routed to network Attendant only if the DID/DISA destination is
designated as ATD, and the ring is not assigned to a station.
