SIP Pound Usage -- if value is set to ON, when using a
SIP trunk, a user can use ‘#’ or ‘*’ as digits.
If value is set to OFF when a user uses a SIP trunk and
the user dials '#", then the system sends all the digits
that the user dialed before '#' to the SIP trunk network.
The '#' symbol is not transmitted to the network. A user
can not use '#' as a digit, only 0~9, *.

Double ring cadence is 0.4s ON/ 0.2s OFF/ 0.4s
ON/ 4sec OFF.
